**Wellbeing Workshop for Busy Brides**

Planning your own wedding is just like managing your own busy project at work! With project management comes multiple pressures including financial, emotional, time and social pressures.

If you’re project managing and planning your own wedding, the last few weeks before your wedding are the busiest!! Your to do list seems to be getting bigger instead of smaller and it’s likely you’re still managing other commitments like family and work as well as all those last-minute details associated with planning your wedding! It can absolutely feel like there’s no end to the to-do’s and unexpected things do pop up that need to be dealt with. As a bride planning your own wedding, it can all feel a bit overwhelming at times!

And you know what?? This isn’t what your big day’s supposed to be about, AT ALL! All your family and friends want, is to spend time with you, and for you to enjoy yourself! We’re determined to help couples with practical tools and resources that we’ve learned along the way to help you through those last few weeks in the lead up to your wedding.

Our workshop is designed for brides and couples planning their own weddings as well as anyone keen to understand how to get a bit more “life” back into life-balance in the lead up to a big event. This workshop will empower you with the skills to identify some of the pressures and challenges associated with project managing your own wedding and how to manage these in the lead up to your big day. Learn from words kindly shared from some of our “Swell Hire” DIY brides over the years.

Note: we’re not counsellors and this workshop does not claim to cover any of these types of skills. We cover practical topics that we know cause stress for couples planning their own weddings and solutions that we’ve found can help manage this stress.
